We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item under the terms below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Tags must still be attached
  • You must have proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Underwear or hygiene-related items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior contact

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, please return your item and place a new order.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
